      Andy has been the Director of Golf at Kinsale since 2006. Although Andy has many responsibilities with his position, he enjoys playing golf with members in his down time. Andy thinks enjoying a round of golf together is the best way to get to know someone! You will find Andy throughout the club mingling and catching up with everyone, making sure everyone is having fun. Andy grew up in Worthington and attended The Ohio State University. Before working at Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club and Scioto Reserve Country Club, Andy was an Assistant Golf Professional at Tartan Fields for two years and Riviera Golf Club for four years. Andy and his wife, Nichole, reside in nearby Dublin with their sons Carson, Jackson, and daughter, Madison.

      Hollie started her role as the Director of Retail here at Kinsale in the summer of 2019. Prior to joining the Kinsale team, she has worked for both corporate and local family owned businesses. Hollie has nine years of retail experience and a true passion for the outdoor sports industry and apparel. She is pleased to play a key role in The Signature Shop and strives to provide exceptional customer service along with product knowledge to the members.  Hollie grew up in Attica, Ohio and is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.  She resides in Hilliard with her labradoodle, Fletcher.  Outside of work, her hobbies include enjoying time at Lake Erie and enjoying the outdoors with her dog.

      Alex Brickley and his family relocated to Columbus, OH in 2004 from Indiana to work at Tartan Fields Golf Club. Since then, Alex has continued his work in golf most recently at the PGA Tour Superstore as the PGA Instructor. Alex is a life member of the PGA and very involved with the Southern Ohio PGA. He is looking forward to assisting the members of Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club and their guests with their golf needs! Alex, his wife, Michelle, and three boys live in Hilliard.

      Bob has been with Kinsale since 2016. Bob has previously been employed with Brookside Golf and Country Club, Muirfield Village Golf Club, Wedgewood Golf and Country Club, and New Albany Country Club. He also played on the Web.com Tour and Golden Bear Tour from 1998-1999 and played on PGA and Web.com Tours from 2008-2010. He has an outstanding list of accomplishments including 22 years of experience as a PGA Golf Professional, 15 years of extensive experience teaching top junior, college, professional players, and over 40 college scholarship players. Bob has been featured in PGA Magazine for the Teaching Teachers Feature Article in 2014 and Professional Golf Tips on the Golf Channel during the National Club Professional Championship in 2012-2013. He has assisted in a video with Jim McLean for a product called Synca Swing in 2005 and has numerous instructional articles for Mid Ohio Golfer in 1996-2007. Bob is married to his wife, Lynn, and has one daughter named Jordan.

      Max, from Powell, OH, graduated from Olentangy Liberty in 2013. In high school, Max was a letter winner for the golf team in his senior year. Max attended Ohio University and graduated with a degree in Applied Management. Previously, Max worked at Double Eagle Club in Galena, OH where he was an Assistant Professional.  Max is grateful for the opportunity to work at Kinsale and looks forward to meeting everyone!

      Steve attended OSU from 1969-73 and has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 45 years.
      He is a 3 time All American and won 1st Team twice!
      Some of his accomplishments as a golfer include Big Ten Individual Champ & Ohio Amateur Champ in 1973, OSU Athletic Hall of Fame SOPGA Hall of Fame, and played in 2 US Opens, 1 PGA, and 2 Senior PGA’s. Steve worked at Canton Brookside, Orchard Lake Country Club in Michigan, OSU Golf Course & Women’s Golf Coach, The Lakes Golf & CC, Champions Golf Course & Airport Golf Course before joining the Kinsale staff.

      Will began working at Kinsale in 2023 before accepting the position as Director of Junior Golf in 2024. Will grew up on a small farm in Urbana, Ohio where he played high school golf. During his time in high school, Will won several high school tournaments, earning him the conference Player of the Year award his senior year. After graduating high school in 2019, Will went on to play four years of collegiate golf at Wittenberg University. During his time at Witt, Will helped the team win a conference championship in 2023, as well as finishing in the top five at the national championship in 2022. While graduating with a double major in Finance and Economics, Will spent his free time interning and shadowing various top golf instructors in the state as he knew he wanted to become a golf instructor. After notching several junior golf wins, and one individual collegiate win, Will brings experience to help golfers of all ages and skill levels. 
      Will is extremely grateful for the opportunity to work at Kinsale, as it is extremely rare to find a membership like Kinsale's that is so passionate about growing the game of golf.

      Austin Goerss, originally from Oxfrd, OH, graduated from Talawanda High School in 2021. He currently attends THE Ohio State University and studies Professional Golf Management. Austin started as a golf intern in 2022 and is grateful for the opportunity here at Kinsale. After graduation, he plans to work in the golf industry.
