New Year's 2020 Workout - January Blog, By Chris Alexis

The holidays have come and gone. It’s a new year and a fresh start. Your resolutions are in full swing, which likely include improving the way you both feel and look. After all, who doesn’t want that? If you’re just getting started in the fitness world, we strongly recommend talking to a personal trainer in order to make sure you’re doing things safely in a way that match your abilities. For example, head over to the personal training station on the fitness floor at Premier or consult the front desk. If you’re more experienced and looking for a new routine. We have you covered. Gary Fortney, Premier’s fitness manager, offered up this workout. Again, be sure to consult with a trainer with any questions and to make sure you’re doing these correctly and safely. OK, here we go: 
Cable Face Pulls - 3x12 
Barbell Bench Press - 3x12 
Chest Press Machine - 4x12 
Tricep Rope Pulldown - 3x12 
Close Grip Lat Pulldown - 3x12 
Straight Bar Curls - 3x12 
Low Back Extension - 2x15 
Strict Sit-ups - 3x12 
Leg Lifts - 3x15
