Kids Club

The Kid’s Club at Kinsale is a defining factor in what sets us apart from other clubs.

Kinsale is most importantly a family club and nowhere is this more evident than when you step in and experience Kid’s Club! While utilizing Kinsale’s numerous amenities, you can be confident that your child will be safe, enjoying stimulating, creative, and fun-filled experiences at Kid’s Club. Serving members 6 weeks through 12 years of age, we address the specific developmental needs of each child, including infants, toddlers, and school age children while also providing age appropriate experiences and attention. Our teachers are committed to nurturing and building strong relationships with your children at Kid’s Club, Kid’s Kamps, or a Kid’s Event! At Kid’s Club, we strive to personally get to know each child, as well as aid in fostering healthy relationships through group interaction, developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills through play, and honoring sensory and motor skills through creative work. In such an environment, your children are sure to thrive with making new friends and memories each time they visit Kid’s Club! Come see us today!

Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 9PM
Friday: 9AM - 10PM
Saturday: 9AM - 9PM
Sunday: 9AM - 5PM

  • What is Kid's Club?
    • Kinsale members receive 2 complementary hours of childcare per child, per day.· Kids Club cares for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.· We provide a safe environment where children can play with toys, color, watch TV, play PlayStation or Nintendo Switch, play board games, nap, or just hang out!· Parents must fill out the sign-in sheet upon arrival. Information needed for the child includes their first and last name, age, and a spot for any information you would like us to keep in mind. Information needed for the parent includes your first and last name, location you will be in the club, number of holes if you are golfing, 2 contact numbers, and time in and out. We strongly recommend providing 2 different contact numbers in case one is not able to be reached.· Kid’s Club’s Hours are 9:00am-9:00pm Mondays-Thursdays and Saturdays, 9:00am-10:00pm on Fridays and 9:00am-5:00pm on Sundays.· We provide a Kids Kamp during the summer, with updated information released in the month of March for the upcoming summer program. So, stay tuned for Summer Kamp Info!· Children over the age of 2 years old should have shoes, pants, and a shirt on when entering Kids Club.· An Overtime Fee will be charged to your account if your child exceeds their allotted time in Kids Club*Please see the ‘Kids Club Fees’ section of this packet for current Overtime Fee’s. 

      Golf & Tennis Members

      With confirmation from the Signature Shop, golf members will be allotted 4.5 hours if playing 18 holes.
      If playing at Scioto Reserve, golf members are allotted 5 hours.
      Tennis players will receive 3 hours if attending a tournament with confirmation from the tennis roster.

  • Parents Day Off
    • Parent's Day Out
      Parents must remain on club property when their children are in Kid’s Club, to receive the 2 complimentary hours of childcare.
      If you need to leave the property, parents must notify a Kid’s Club attendant and fill out a Parent’s Day Out Form.
      With a Parent’s Day Out form, you will be authorized up to 4 hours away from Kinsale. ·        
      Parent’s Day Out is offered weekdays; Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am-9:00pm, Sundays 9am-5pm, and Saturdays 9am-9pm when there is not a PNO event.  
      PDO’s are not allowed past 3pm on Saturdays where we have a PNO event.  A Late Charge will be charged to your account if a PDO starts after or goes past 3pm on PNO Saturdays
      Parent’s Day Out is limited to 2 times a week because we are not a daycare 
      Our disruptive behavior and crying policies apply to Parent’s Day Out as well.

      Golf & Tennis Members
      Tennis players will receive 3 hours of childcare if attending a tournament with confirmation from the tennis roster
      With confirmation from the Signature Shop, Kinsale Golf Members will be allotted 2.5 hours of childcare if playing 9 holes at Kinsale and 4.5 hours of childcare if playing 18 holes at Kinsale.
      With confirmation from the Signature Shop, Kinsale Golf Members will be allotted 3 hours of childcare if playing 9 holes at Scioto Reserve and 5 hours of childcare if playing 18 holes at Scioto Reserve
      If a tee time is before 9:00am, the allotted time for each child in Kid’s Club will start from the tee time. If the tee time is after 9:00am, the allotted time will start at drop off in Kid’s Club
      Kinsale Social Members are allotted 2 hours of childcare if golfing for both 9 and 18 holes.
      *Please contact the Membership Sales office if you wish to upgrade to a Kinsale Golf Membership and receive a longer allotted time.

  • Parents Night Out
    • Parent’s Night out is a member only event for kids. They are twice a month on Saturdays from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Children stay the 4 hours while you are free to leave and enjoy an evening out! PNO’s include a themed craft, games, movie, dinner, and dessert.  Members must register beforehand online, in Kids Club, or at the Welcome Desk. Registration opens 2 weeks before the event date. All children must be added to your families account to register. Our Cancellation and Changes Policy and No Cancellation – No Show Policy apply to PNO’s.  More details can be found on the PNO flyer, email, or website.  *Please see the ‘Kids Club Fees’ section for current PNO pricing.  *Please visit the Membership Sales office to add your children to your account at no additional cost. 

  • Guest Fees
    • All guests who visit with a member must receive a guest pass from the front desk and present it to a Kid's Club staff member. The member must be present when the guest is dropped off. If a guest is in Kid's Club without a guest pass, an attendant will fill out a guest form. The member account will be charged a guest fee for each guest who comes into Kid's Club. The guest fee allows each guest to use Kid's Club for 2 hours.

  • Behavior
    • Disruptive Behavior

      Kid’s Club staff will place children in time out if they are disruptive. If the child continues to be disruptive, the parents will be contacted.

      Crying

      We will do our best to make your children as happy as possible during their stay in Kid’s Club, but if they cry for 15 minutes, we will ask that you come pick them up. It is our commitment to maintain a relaxing and calm environment for all children.

  • Restroom Procedures
    • Please inform a Kid’s Club attendant if your child needs to be reminded to use the restroom. If your child is in diapers, pull-ups, or in the process of potty training, we ask that you please bring an extra pair of pants and a diaper, pull-up, or underwear in case of an accident.

  • Food and Beverage
    • Snack is distributed at 10:30AM, 3:30PM and 7:30PM. Kid’s Club snack is Cheerios. If your child cannot have Cheerios, please let an attendant know while signing in your child. Due to the safety of our children, Kid’s Club does not permit any meals into Kid’s Club either from the Grille or outside food. Participants in Parent’s Day Off may bring a meal for their stay. Kid’s Club is strictly a peanut free zone.

  • Sick Policy
    • Kid’s Club Staff will assess each child’s health upon arrival. The staff may use discretion in accepting a child who shows signs of illness. If a child shows any symptoms of a cold, fever, cough, rash, diarrhea, vomiting, pink eye or severe allergies, or if symptoms occur while the child is in Kid’s Club, we will request that you remove your child. Please inform Kid’s Club staff if your child has been exposed or in contact with any contagious conditions. Parents must accept and respect the judgment of the staff’s decision regarding these guidelines. These guidelines also apply to the Kid’s Club staff so that they do not infect children or other staff. We are here to promote healthy, happy kids!

      In addition to keeping our kids safe and healthy, please refrain from bringing outside toys to Kid’s Club.

  • Nursery
    • In consideration to the Kid’s Club Staff, please have your child changed and fed before entering Kid's Club. Kid's Club Staff will check and change diapers periodically throughout your child's stay. We will administer bottles or snacks to a child if they are upset to help soothe the child, however, we do not adhere to individual set schedules. We also ask that you label all sippy cups, bottles, and pacifiers with the child's name or initials.

      In order to be fully prepared for an event, we ask that you sign-up at the Front Desk or Online in advance.
