Registration open's March 20th 2024 for all Kids Kamp weeks. Registration for each week will close 1 week prior to the camp date.

For Kinsale members ages 3-12

  • Registration Options
    • Register week by week or day by day.

      • Half Day | 9:00am-1:00pm (Ages 3-12)
      • Full Day | 9:00am-4:00pm (Ages 5-12. Swimming experience required)
  • Pricing
    • One Full Day - $60 for the first child | $50 per additional child 
      One Half Day - $40 for the first child | $30 per additional child   
      Full Week - Full Days - $245 for the first child | $200 per additional child 
      Full Week - Half Days - $165 for the first child | $125 per additional child

  • Drop Off and Pickup
    • Drop Off
      The drop off location for Kamper's arriving at 9:00am will be at the playground in the pool complex. 
      Drop off will be in Kids Club if it is raining or the pool is closed.
      All parents/guardians will need to check-in with a Kids Kamp Attendant before leaving their Kamper. 
      Pickup
      The pickup location for both Half Day and Full Day Kampers will be at the pool pavilion unless told otherwise.
      The pickup location may change due to weather, or pool events.
      A Kids Kamp Attendant will communicate location changes via call or text if a change is required.
      All Parents/Guardians will need to check-out with a Kids Kamp Attendant before leaving with their Kamper.

  • AfterKamp
    • AfterKamp is available until 6:30pm in Kids Club, if you are unable to pickup your Kamper at 4pm. 
      No registration is needed, just make a Kids Kamp Attendant aware at drop off or give us a call. 
      $6.00 per child, per half hour. 
  • Lunch
    • Kids Kamp includes 1 free kids meal per Kamper. A kids meal includes 1 entree from the Poolside Grille Kids Menu, 1 bag of chips, and 1 juice box. 

      Lunch orders will be taken the day of. If your Kamper will be arriving late, please contact us to provide a lunch order and we will happily save lunch for their arrival. 

      Kampers are welcome to bring a lunch and snacks of their own if preferred. Food containing nuts is allowed when Kampers are outside, but Kids Club Attendants will enforce our no nut policy when up in Kids Club. We will maintain a nut free menu during the cooking portions of our Around The World Kamp week and try our best to accommodate other food allergies/sensitivities. Please provide any allergies to food that your child has during the registration process for all weeks you are registering for.

      Kampers may order concessions from the Poolside Grille during swim time. Please let a Kids Kamp Attendant know if you do not want your child ordering concessions on your member account, or have specific food requests. Kids Kamp Attendants will honor any requests given by parents regarding member account ordering.

  • What to Bring
    • We recommend your Kamper bring a bag and strongly encourage labeling your belongings.
      Recommended Items: 
      Water Bottle 
      Sunscreen 
      Change of Clothes 
      Swimsuit (Half Day Kampers will not be swimming, but we may use water balloons and squirt guns during morning activities!)
      Goggles if swimming. 
      Epipen if needed

      *Kinsale will provide towels!
  • Important Notes
    • Full Day Kids Kamp is only available for members ages 5-12 and your child must be able to swim on their own. 

      Cancellations and Changes Policy 

      Cancellations and changes to your registration must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
      Cancellations and changes made the day of are subject to a 50% fee. 
      A 50% No Cancellation-No Show Fee will be charged to your account if you fail to cancel your registration and do not show up. 
      Cancellations and changes can be made online, by phone, or in person. 
      Inclement Weather 
      Activities will be moved inside to Kids Club or the Cork Room. 
      Swimming will be canceled at the discretion of The Pool Staff 
      Drop off and pickup locations will be in Kids Club, or the Cork Room and be communicated through call, text, or email.
