We offer a variety of different classes and activities and they are all included in your membership!

Water Fitness Classes

Get into shape while getting wet! Our water aerobics program includes more than 20 weekly classes for every level. And guess what? They're included with your membership. Online sign-ups required!
  • Cardio Fusion
    • Cardio Fusion
      Hi-energy, cardio-based class that moves to the music and gets the heart pumping. 

  • Deep Water
    • Deep Water 
      Our class emphasis is on range-of-motion, endurance and core control. Excellent for build-ing core strength. A flotation belt or device is recommended since we spend 40 minutes in the deep end of the pool, and will be provided. The class is 45 minutes in duration, with a HIIT segment of 10 minutes.

  • Hydro Rider / Spinning
    • Hydro Rider / Spinning
      Hydro Rider / Spinning is an effective and fun way to exercise in water, without excessive strain on bones, joints and muscles, as exercising on hard surfaces can do. For this reason this program suits any physical condition wether you're in your young or in your golden years, fit, rehabbing or over weight. Come ride up the mountain on your own journey to improved health! The class is 40 minutes with a 5 minute stretch at the end.

  • Senior Water Fitness
    • Senior Water Fitness
      Social interaction and movement are essential elements of a healthy well-being. This class gives you a good workout and a chance to socialize. We all know the saying “move it or lose it”. This class is a safe place to exercise and move towards improved flexibility, balance, and overall health. We use a variety of water equipment to ensure safety and challenge the participants. This class gives you a good workout and a chance to socialize. All exercises can be adjusted to your own level of ability. Please let the instructor know if you have any limitations before class so they can give you alternative moves. The class is 45 minutes in duration. Water shoes are highly recommended. Come join your friends!

  • H2O Mashup

      We will combine the beauty of shallow and deep water properties to provide you with a total body workout: Strength, Cardio, Endurance, Stretch, then you relax after your work is done!

  • Hydro Rider, Gentle Journey
    • Hydro Rider, Gentle Journey
      Our stationary water bikes are used in conjunction with stretch-bands to give you a full-body workout. This is a beginner 40 minute class with a 5 minute stretch at the end. This is excellent for those recovering from knee surgery. Water shoes are required.

  • Strength, Balance & Stretch
    • Strength, Balance & Stretch
      This class is for everyone. After an aqua-walking warm-up we’ll stretch out all major muscle groups. We use yoga and pilates moves to work on balance and to connect the brain to how we move. Our core is the center of our strength so naturally we work on it as well. After you will feel relaxed and energized. Everything you learn in this class should be practiced on your own for the ultimate results. The class is 45 minutes in duration. Water shoes are highly recommended. 

  • Aqua Blast / Pump and Power
    • Aqua Blast / Pump and Power
      Come prepared to feel the burn as we do low and high impact exercises. There will be plenty of exercise intervals to get your heart rate up and burn those calories! Core building exercises are always included. It’s a great class for all levels, modifications available for all exercises. The class is 45 minutes in duration.Water shoes are highly recommended.       Let's do it all with a mix of deep and shallow water. Stretch, strengthen, ab work and some cardio. We will work deep and shallow and change up routines monthly.

      Blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! Benefits. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

      Hydro Fit is a combination of high intensity cardio, strength training, and Tabata interval training. The goal is to improve everyone's level of fitness, which includes flexibility, strength, and endurance. Each participant strives to achieve their own personal goals, while having fun exercising in the water, and building long-lasting friendships.
