We offer between 80-85 classes every week at Premier, and they’re all included in your membership.

Dance away calories with Zumba, let Spinning take you on a cycling adventure, or tone up with the ever popular Les Mills BodyPump. Check out all the classes we currently offer below.

This high energy interval training class combines athletic movements with strength and stabilization exercises and can be done high impact or low. Blast fat, tone the entire body, and have fun! BodyAttack Lite will show low impact options.

      The most successful group exercise program in history, BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Great music, challenging exercises, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for -- and fast!

  • CXWORX

      This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

      This intense program features dynamic cardio drills, dumbbells, risers, and many more tools for intense intervals that torch fat and crush calories. Turn up the heat on your workout and feel the BURN!!!

  • Metafit

      Metafit is a 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The program was created over a decade ago by a Royal Marine Commando in a bid to make HIIT more efficient and effective It combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!

  • Max Strength

      Max Strength is a strength class with no exceptions! You will use various equipment, pushing the smaller and larger muscle groups to their max while kicking up the metabolism.

  • P.H.I.I.T.

      This metabolic conditioning class combines cardio kickboxing, rope jumping, tabatas, and strength training! A combination of challenging punch and kick intervals and strength exercises using a variety of equipment are included.

  • Pilates

      This systematic series of core strengthening and lengthening exercises is based on the work of Joseph Pilates. Class format invites participants of all levels to improve posture, flexibility, and mind/body awareness.

  • Barre Fusion
    • Barre Fusion

      Full body workout that fuses yoga, pilates, dance and isometric movements using high repetitions and low weight or body weight. Sculpt muscles as you focus on arms, lower body and core work; alternating with cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate. Feel the burn as you stretch out and tone up with fun, energizing music. No dance experience required.

      Is a fun, joyful Latin inspired fitness class that combines all the rhythms in Latin music. Zumba applies dance moves from Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rumba, Mambo, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Samba, Tango, Reggatone and of course Hip Hop. 

      Zumba Toning

      Is for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!

      Is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class.

  • HIIT-(High Intensity Interval Training)

      H.I.I.T. is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

  • Strength & Stability
    • Strength and Stability

      Strength and Stability is a great strength class using dumbbells and sometimes a stability ball. Various exercises are used to help build muscle and core stability as well as balance.

  • Step Blast
    • Step Blast

      Step Blast is a cardio class using the step. Step aerobics burns 30-60% more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.

  • Core
    • Core

      Core is a 15 min class devoted to strengthening abdominal muscles and your core muscles.

  • Yoga
    • Vinyasa Flow 

      Incorporates fluid movement with deep, rhythmic breathing. Linking movement with breath enhances the health benefits of each pose achieving greater muscular strength and tone, increased flexibility, and improved circulation as well as creating a more focused, calm and meditative state of awareness.

      Hatha Yoga

      Uses body weight to emphasize mobility, strength and balance. We target all of the major muscles in each class and explain how the poses help the body and how to get the most benefit from each pose.

      Power Yoga 

      Will nourish your mind, body, and spirit in an invigorating workout. Poses (asanas) are sequenced together and linked with the breath to create a flow of exercise. Increase strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress and bring balance to your life with this challenging class. Previous yoga experience is recommended.

      Integrative Yoga

      Is a Hatha (gentle) style of yoga. It brings a focused approach to integrate the Mind, Body and Spirit to form a stronger, yet more peaceful, sense of self. Come with an open mind and heart to embrace ways of living fuller. Ideal for beginners ,as well as, those seasoned in their practice. Sessions often include sun and moon salutations. Yoga balls are used the last Sunday of every month.

      Gentle Yoga

      Is designed for those who are new to yoga or those desiring a more moderate approach to practice. Participants will work with gentle but deep stretches, basic postures, breath awareness and relaxation for a more balanced and energized body.

  • Spinning | RPM | Sprint

      An indoor cycling workout which allows participants to experience the mind/body connection that is the foundation of obtaining complete health and fitness. Whether beginner or skilled athlete, participants can tailor the workout to best suit their individual fitness levels.

      Sprint 

      A 30 min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a Les Mills Sprint workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.

      RPM 

      A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. High Intensity interval training set to music and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.

  • WERQ Virtual Class!

    • WERQ 
      (pronounced “work”), is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The warm-up previews a few dance steps we’ll do later in class, and then it’s a non-stop dance party! No experience is necessary. I like to offer high and low impact options for everyone, so you can make it your own workout! And like most dance fitness classes, the more you come, the less you’ll have to think about it, so it just keeps getting better!

      Right now, I’d like to invite everyone to my live-streaming WERQouts on Zoom every Monday at noon, Wednesday at 9:30am, and Friday at noon. The Zoom login/password is the same for each class.  You can dance with me from the comfort of your own home, and don’t even have to turn your camera on!I hope to “see” many of you soon! For more info, feel free to contact me, or you can also read more at www.werqfitness.com.

      This class will blend power vinyasa and restorative. We will begin by building heat in the body, moving with breath, and end in a few restorative poses. A lovely way to end the day! 

  • Meditation
    • Meditation

      This Meditation session is a 30 minute class with 10 minutes of pre-instruction and preparation with breathing, stretching and postering techniques. This actual guided mediation period is uninterrupted 15 minutes of deep diving for transcending down into healing body states. This is a perfect way to de-stress, re-set emotional clarity and ultimately improve physical health. This simple practice is an overlooked component of wellness, especially If practiced daily. Namaste!

  • HIIT/Climb
    • HIIT/Climb

      This is a 50 minute cycling class that will combine segments of high intensity intervals with efforts that focus on strength and stamina. Each week will offer a new and different challenge for your heart, legs and ability to persevere!   The format will be 5 minutes of warm up; 40 minutes of "work" and 5 minutes of descending cool down.
