Positively Premier: We’re back!

We missed you! Yes, the governor has allowed our doors to open as the lockdown continues to lighten. We are beyond thrilled and have a lot of information to share!

First, we hope you enjoyed the home workouts we provided and found them useful during our time apart. It’s all great information to have, and we hope you keep it in your back pocket! 

As we SAFELY return the club, (check out our recent email blast for guidelines), we wanted to provide something NEW to try when you come back to Premier! Looking for a new workout? We have something just for YOU – our loyal readers of this blog.

Gary Fortney, our personal training manager, put this together. Make sure weight levels are set for you appropriately and remember to only do what you are able. 

OK, here we go!
•3 sets of 15 body weight squats or 10 squat jumps
•3 sets of 20 walking lunges (10 each side)
•3 sets of 15 dumbbell push-press3 sets of 15 kettle bell swings, super-set with 10-15 push-ups or dumbbell chest press
•3 sets of 15-20 Penguins w/legs bent and feet on floor (abs)
•10 minutes on a row machine

The pandemic is winding down, but we still need to be safe and keep our bodies strong. And that’s exactly why a trip to Premier can prove so beneficial! And remember, our “white glove” standard of cleanliness sets us apart!
