Positively Premier: Thanksgiving Workout 2020

Thanksgiving is a time to share our gratitude for the various gifts we have received in life. And eating. Lots and lots of eating.

As those extra calories aren’t doing anyone’s waistlines a bit of good, we thought it wise to offer another free workout to come into the club and try. The good thing about our bodies is we can reverse much of the damage we cause it with overeating. As always, be sure to check with one of our trainers to make sure you can safely complete these moves the correct way.

On that note, let’s dig in! We call this one the “Turkey Burn Workout”!

*45 seconds of each move with a 15 seconds of rest between moves*

Mountain climbers
Goblet squats
Jumping Jacks
Left leg side lunge with right arm upright row
Right arm lunge with left arm upright row
Plank

Rest 1 minute, repeat
After second round, rest 1-2 mins before next group

Burpees
Alternating reverse lunges
Pushups
Bicep curls, front raise
Right-side plank (2nd round left side)
Speed skaters

Rest 1 min, repeat
After second round rest1-2 mins before next group

Squat shoulder press
Plank jacks
Chest press in hip bridge
Tricep skull crushers
Squat pulses
High knees

Rest 1 min, repeat

Wow, what a workout! Gobble, gobble!
