Positively Premier: Speedo Fit



Have you heard of Speedo Fit? (Don’t worry, no Speedos required.)

It’s an aquatic workout offered on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 for those who prefer to get active later and Saturday mornings at 8:00 for the early birds.

The program includes weight training, conditioning, and core work.

That’s right, you’ll be doing those workouts while waist-deep in a pool. This will help you get in better shape. Just ask the current participants! They’ve told so to Ryan Reitz, the club’s aquatics manager and the person who runs Speedo Fit.

This is a fantastic, low-impact workout that will change the way your body looks!
