Life A Bear? Try Yoga - September Blog 2, By Chris Alexis
Positively Premier: Life a Bear? Try Yoga!
You and I know one thing without question: life is stressful. Whether good stress or bad, it’s seemingly always there. The good news is we can help you handle that through our yoga classes.
If you didn’t already know, these exercises can help you increase flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, improve your respiration, dial up your energy and vitality, improve your balance, and even help protect you from injury!
Shelli Sanzo, the club’s group fitness manager, recently started taking the classes herself.“I have felt that I needed a way to de-stress and work on my balance after foot surgery,” she revealed. “It is amazing how difficult it is to hold poses for a period of time. My body starts to shake.”But that’s a good thing“It is fantastic,” Sanzo said.
She encourages you to take the teeth out of life when it can be a bear. Try yoga and tame that animal. You’ll be glad you did.Interested?
